A desperate attempt, by a bawdy crew of lightsmiths, shadow mechanics, and other various manipulators of optical dionysery, to keep our eyes working in these dark times.
Very nice! Was that existing light? I'm assuming it was night time. Good job capturing all the little details. I clicked on it to look at the full size image, and it looks amazing when you can see all the little details.
it's just one of those things i walk past daily and usually overlook. at work there are vines growing on a chain link fence, and one day i was walking out to my car and realized that because the sun was setting if i wanted to shoot anything with any sunlight i had to basically do so before heading home. so i glanced around the lot for things of interest and settled on the back-lit vines on the fence. tried a few different things with focus and composition but liked this one best.
1. Post 0-2 times per week, at your leisure. 2. Don't monopolize the real estate. 3. Never apologize for your art. 4. Don't brag about the size of your lens. 5. Enjoy.
